The Wisconsin Department of Health Services, Division of Long Term Care, is hosting a special teleconference session to brief key stakeholders on the proposed changes to the Family Care Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver renewal applications. The Department will also share information related to the Family Care five-year transition plan to ensure compliance with the new federal HCBS waiver rule. The stakeholder briefing will occur on Wednesday, July 30, 2014, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
